Specially themed Cookie Sets will be designed around all the Holiday & Special Occasions. These will be loaded onto our site, for Pre-Sale, with a later dispatch date. These sets are limited in Quantity and are usually sold out quickly.
Teacher Appreciation and Halloween Pre-sales will be opening soon, and will likely have a dispatch date from the 1st of October and Halloween being later in the month, for both Collection and Courier. Payment will be required upfront when placing your Order, though the normal EFT option will have 3 days in which to make payment, thereafter the Order will cancel if payment is not reflecting in our Account.

These Kits are made to Order, so please allow between 3 - 5 Business Days to process your Order.
Such as Tote Bags, require 3 - 4 Working Days to process your Order, thereafter will be ready to be dispatched, either via Collection or Courier.
We would love to be given the opportunity to assist you in creating Custom Iced Cookies, Cupcakes, Buttercream Cakes and other Yummy Goodies for all Special Occasions.
A Few Things to Remember:
*Place your Order early to avoid disappointment - With last minute orders we cannot always source the custom toppers & cutters required in time.
*Payment- We would require a Deposit within 72 hours to book your Order date and to source any additional cookie cutters, toppers, wrappers etc. with the balance being payable a week before your Order date. If you do not pay the Deposit, the Order will not be confirmed and the Order date will remain open. Also, Last Minute Orders require full payment within 24 hours in order for us to be able to assist.
*Inspiration - We love seeing all your ideas and inspiration, you are welcome to send us pics! Please note however, that we cannot copy another Baker's work exactly, this could be due to our own creativity, skill set or local vs USA products. You have our reassurance though that your Creation will be uniquely yours!
* Pricing - We only have set prices for our Pre-Sales sets. Pricing is dependent on size, quantity, level of detail, metallics & sprinkles, number of colours, toppers etc. For Cookies, Cupcakes, Cakesickles etc. a Minimum Order of 12 applies. Please Contact Us for a Quote.
*Allergens - We are a home-based enterprise, our Kitchen contains/uses gluten, dairy, nuts, eggs and shellfish.
*Your Creations Care - Once your order is collected/leaves our premises their fate is in your hands. Cakes need to be gently transported and kept refrigerated. They are best taken out 30 minutes before eating. Buttercream melts/discolours in the heat - Please keep them cool! Please store cookies in an airtight container. Heat sealed Cookies, if stored correctly, out of direct sunlight, will remain fresh for at least 4 weeks
